At clawmark.io, we strive to provide a high-quality cloud sync service for the Clawmark desktop application. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a refund within a specified period. This Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have purchased a cloud sync subscription directly from clawmark.io.
  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days.

Refunds of subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms or resellers are subject to the refund policies of those platforms or resellers.

2. What Happens After a Refund

Upon a successful refund:

  • Your cloud sync subscription will be canceled.
  • Your synced data will be removed from our servers after the applicable retention period.
  • Your task data stored locally on your devices will not be affected — you retain full access to all your local data.
  • The Clawmark desktop application remains fully functional without a subscription. Only the cloud sync feature will be deactivated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use the contact form on the website.

Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated as it helps us improve our service)

Our support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
